2012 – 2013
- Started the journey as a career growth and consultancy
firm - Worked with local companies and international companies based in Rwanda by providing trainings
- Grew our client base and started providing human resource services, leadership, Project Management and business continuity
2017 – 2018
- Extended our services to some companies in the region (Uganda and Kenya)
- Entered into partnership with Governance for Africa and CIPE to provide anti-corruption trainings in Rwanda
- Partnership with PSF and Rwanda Development Board (RDB) in providing trainings
2020 – 2021
- Extended our services to high learning institutions (University Administrators) and other institutions, we started offering physical and online trainings due to COVID-19 guidelines
- Partnership with Rwanda bankers association (RBA) to provide all banking, recovery and financial savings to big and small saving institutions
