He is the Chief Executive officer (CEO) and has got enough experience in leadership and project Management, regionally and globally.
He has experience in Public and International Relations.
He has previously served as the Secretary General, Pan African Movement-Rwanda, Director General of Rwanda Youth Network, Board Chairman of the East African Community Youth Network.
He is the current Rwanda Representative to AU-ECOSOCC and Board Chairman of Governance for Africa.

Head of Trainings
He is the head of trainings at Aspire East Africa. He holds a bachelor degree of law from University of Rwanda. He is a trainer of trainers on anti-corruption compliance certified by Center for international private enterprise.
